3. Report & Align

Our detailed understanding of the vacancy including company positioning & likely source companies, the exact role including all skills required & key responsibilities & likely industry backgrounds. Gain client agreement to proceed the search.

4. Strategy & Campaign Plan

Our deep-dive, analysis & mapping of the target market including competitors & specific source companies. Begin the building of candidate long-list.

5. Candidate Processing

Continued mapping, research & building of the candidate long-list including initial discussions with prospects & referrals. Its not uncommon at this stage to have over 150 high-level conversations screening ideal candidates.

6. Screen & Assess

Shortlisting of our prospect candidates against the search criteria and detailed interviewing & assessment to evaluate core competencies, personality & interest in the opportunity.

7. Shortlist & Submission

Final shortlist of candidates shared with our client including full CV/resume as well our detailed interview notes, test results & video profile. Notes will highlight the candidates suitability, strengths & and any areas for attention along with our recommendations. 

8. Client Interviews

We manage the entire scheduling process & liaison to best maintain momentum of the process. Our detailed post-interview & analysis of candidate feedback is crucial in assessing interest & likely success of any offer.

9. Offers & Acceptance

Before final offers, we have worked with you to assess each ideal candidate against their individual merits & suitability against the original brief. Key consideration given to likely success of any offer while maintaining contact with back-up candidates. We present & manage offer negotiations through to acceptance of the position plus diplomatically reject unsuccessful candidates.  

10. Onboard & Support

After the successful close of the recruiting process we maintain contact with the placed candidate to ensure a seamless & successful start of their new job. We continue to support, offer counsel & provide constructive feedback to both parties.
